    I am Monica, founder of Catholic Mind & Soul.

    My journey through Catholic coaching and spiritual direction have transformed my mind and soul, leading me into a deeper understanding of who I am, a magnanimous love for others, and a more intimate communion with God. From this lived experience grew my mission: to walk compassionately with those who long for meaningful change, healing, and growth in their relationships—with themselves, with others, and with our Lord.

    My approach tends to the whole person with faith and reason while honoring each individual’s unique story and path toward peace, joy, and fulfillment.

    Together, with the Holy Spirit, we will gently shine light on the interior obstacles that hinder your freedom, addressing both the mind and soul, making space for authentic human flourishing and fullness of who you were created to be in Christ.
